Newburyport embraces wind power

Coping with energy costs and environmental improvement requires new ways of thinking. Colbert, the Planning Board, Mayor John Moak and City Council President James Shanley all deserve credit for their support of wind energy. That support should remain firm, even if it runs into some opposition.
