Free throw championship Feb. 2
The Knights of Columbus International Free Throw Championship will be held Saturday, Feb. 2, at the Perley School, 51 North St., at 5 p.m. Forms available with Georgetown Athletic Association coaches, middle and high school main offices and Michael Walsh at Penn Brook School. All boys and girls, ages 10 through 14, are eligible to participate in their age divisions; proof of age and written parental consent required. Held annually, competition winners will proceed through local, district and state competitions. After the competition, participants and immediate families are invited to the Council home for a pizza party.
