Stroke victim finds inspiration in perfect Pats
By Jason TaitStaff Writer
GROVELAND - Kathy Kervin was watching her daughter's soccer game in 2006 when she fell over. Her limbs went numb. She slurred her speech. It was a stroke.
In the months that followed, the Patriots suddenly became more than Kervin's obsession. The team, and linebacker Tedy Bruschi, became her inspiration as she continues her rehabilitation.
