Housing on Mullen property under discussion

The Community Housing Committee plans to continue to meet during February and March to further investigate the creation of a Chapter 40R Zoning District and the development of the three alternative concept plans for housing on the Mullen Property. The meetings, which are open to the public, are slated for Feb. 6 and 20, and March 5 and 19 at the 1910 Building at 7:30 p.m. The CHC anticipates having the concept alternatives completed prior to the Annual Town Meeting in April and welcomes input from all interested parties. A community forum on the Mullen Property is proposed for sometime after Town Meeting. Voters will most likely consider a concept plan and disposition of the property at a Special Town Meeting this fall.
